    Responsibilities

    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of related experience
    • Sales/engineering experience in security is preferred
    • Strong experience with Salesforce
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partners
    • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales teams
    • Must be able to work well under pressure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Field Marketing Specialist - Americas

    Position Summary

    IntSights is searching for a high-energy and highly-resourceful Field Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated track record of managing and delivering quality event programs on time, and on budget across the US, Canada and LATAM. You will interact directly with the field sales team and channel partner network to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts through events and tradeshows. You will be comfortable managing multiple events at once and managing fluid schedules and strict deadlines. We are seeking an independent and motivated individual who will sit directly with our sales team in Plano, TX. This individual will act as a liaison between Field Sales and Marketing (marketing office is located in Boston, MA).

    Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Programs Manager, you will also work closely with the rest of the marketing team to collaborate on company and campaign-level objectives. This position will consist of 30% travel to events (as needed) and Boston, MA Marketing office.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate and execute events and tradeshows
    • Be accountable for on time, in budget, end-to-end execution of events and tradeshows for the America’s field sales team
    • Manage all logistics and shipping; ensuring timely delivery of all event materials, collateral, and giveaways
    • Enable the America’s field sales team’s success at all events - working with the field sales team to communicate the event schedule/agenda, pre-attendee lists, pre-event mailers/scripts, post-event follow-up
    • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field-marketing plan and collaborate with sales development and sales to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads.
      Track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across field marketing programs on a weekly basis
    • Communicate all marketing plans, activities and report program results consistently to sales
    • Manage vendors and community relationships, including, but not limited to, tradeshow and partner organizers, hotels, conference centers, caterers and various types of event suppliers
    • Arrange event logistics, including, but not limited to, event registration, venue sourcing, catering, budget execution, AV/photography support and attendee management
    • Be responsible for the tracking of ROI, lessons learned, best practices and improvement opportunities for future IntSights events
    • Responsible for collecting all post-event lead lists and managing the upload process in Hubspot and Salesforce.com

    The ideal candidate will have

    • 2+ years of experience in event planning and execution
    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, business administration or related field
    • Experience with tradeshows and roadshows
    • Experience with interfacing with hotel representatives for room blocks and travel scheduling.
    • Experience with event budgets, contracts negotiation, logistic planning, agendas, catering, event registration, guest services and promotion

    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will oversee solutions marketing strategy and execution, drive go-to-market campaign and program execution with America’s sales organization, and lead our customer marketing activities.  You will work with internal clients and external thought leaders as well as vendors to identify opportunities to promote customers, products, services, and personnel related to business and marketing objectives and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Solutions’ Marketing:

    • Oversee and execute go-to-market programs and campaigns that promote Intsights market-leading technical alliances partnerships and ecosystem as a value-multiplier to customers’ existing cyber security infrastructure investments.
    • Drive IntSights’ strategic VAR/Channel Marketing programs to ensure enablement, excitement and campaign execution for measurable ROI from channel marketing and partner-driven registered business.
    • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and bring to market Digital Risk and Threat Intelligence industry solution campaigns (demos, resources, etc.) that uniquely position IntSights competitive advantage in the Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries.

    Sales Readiness:

    • Partner with Account Based Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing peers to drive on-site communication with Americas sales teams to execute campaigns (schedule/agendas, pre-attendee lists, pre-event mailers/scripts, and post-event follow-up) and ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads.
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to track, measure and report KPI metrics, pipeline development, and ROI across integrated outbound sales and marketing programs on a weekly basis.

    Customer Marketing:

    • Represent the voice of the customer and providing customer and market insights to Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing teams
    • Organize customer advocacy and influencer programs
    • Work directly with customers on PR initiatives including case studies, speaking engagements, Influencer events, etc.
    • Own the America’s Customer Advisory Board program

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on social media and content development
    • A mix of agency and corporate experience is preferred
